WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR FIRST VISIT:

• A warm welcome from our extraordinary team

• Complimentary beverages and snacks in our reception area

• An introductory conversation addressing your needs, concerns and expectations

• Necessary low radiation digital radiographs

• If applicable, oral hygiene appointment (assuming that no Periodontal issues are present)

Following your hygiene appointment, you will meet with Dr. Harvey to examine, recommend and discuss any restorative needs to improve your overall dental health. If additional restorative treatment is required, a personalized treatment plan will be presented along with your estimate. We aspire to provide same day restorative treatment, if applicable.

 

Finally, we will reserve your next preventative continuing care appointment or respective procedure from your personalized treatment plan.

NEW PATIENT FORMS:

You will find our New Patient Forms under the For Patients tab at the top of this page. Please download complete and email all New Patient Forms within 48 hours prior to your appointment. This will help ensure your reserved appointment time in our practice. Prior to your arrival, all completed forms will be reviewed thoroughly by Dr. Harvey and our extraordinary team.

ARRIVALS:

​

Please arrive ten minutes prior to your reserved appointment, this will ensure the best possible outcome to accommodate your dental needs. Delayed arrival will limit our time with you reducing the effectiveness of your visit. In consideration of other Don Harvey Dental patients, service time may not be extended for delayed arrivals. 

 

We accept patients of all ages. A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 years of age on the first visit.

Payment Options

 

We gladly accept cash, check and all major credit card payments. A member of our team would be happy to discuss other financing options such as CareCredit and In Office Savings Plan. 

 

As a courtesy, we will gladly file all insurance claims on your behalf. We do not contract with any insurance companies.
